just chillin'

Here are the pictures. I can't think of the other stuff I wanted to type right now.

Kate saying goodbye to my sister, Heather, who was leaving the next day for South Africa. This was one of the few times that Heather held Kate and Kate didn't scream.

I put Colin's hats on him and his stick horses. When he would turn to look at one the hat would fall off of the other. Then he would bend over to get the hat and the other one would fall off. He couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Hannah and I took the kids to In-N-Out and then to the mall to play. We didn't know where the playground was, so we parked on the wrong side, but it was still fun. They boys had fun, and we left when Colin got whiney.

Kate had wet through her sleeper during the night, and Colin was still asleep, and all of her clothes were in Colin's room, so I grabbed this sweatshirt and threw it on her.

A photo story of Nate and the raw hamburger. He was getting the meat ready to grill, while sitting on the couch. I thought it was weird, so I took some pictures.

Pretty Kate.

Hannah and Colin getting the pool ready for the boys to play in on Monday.

Colin modeling his new muscle tee and tan lines.

Mason liked chasing the bubbles. Can you tell?

Mason's shorts are actually Colin's shorts. Actually, they were probably Mason's at one point—like 2 years ago. They barely stretched over his bum, but he insisted that he couldn't wear his own clothes in the pool. So instead of taking him to the "swimming store" to buy a swimsuit, Hannah and I convinced him to wear some of Colin's shorts.

I was trying to get a picture of Colin's swim trunks/swim pants. Here it is. He was content to just hold his hoe and watch Mason chase the bubbles.

The boys had a great time splashing each other in the pool. They were so funny just splashing away and giggling hysterically.

I think Mason was showing off his muscles in this one.

Kate looked so cute in her little hat and sundress, but when I put her in her chair so I could take a picture she was not amused.

good stuff! I'm sad I missed out on the pool party. Kate is growing cuter by the day. the cousins do have fun outside together especially.

I thought I had commented...oops. I'm looking forward to some awesome pool parties in your backyard once we get out there. I'm also looking forward to playing with your kids. I wonder if Colin will still want to be my friend. And I'm sorry my child is so big, I wish we had a swimsuit that would fit Colin a little better!!

I liked the story of Nate and the raw hamburger. Very compelling.

Kate is pretty. And I like Colin's tan lines too. Tell him he looks tough.

#1 - Can't believe Nate still has a Hogi Yogi shirt. Hilarious. He obviously didn't live in his like I did mine for how many year? That's right. Bow down all. I am the Hogi Yogi queen.
#2 - I can't believe that Mason fit into shorts that were obviously way too small on him. The pictures of the the two boys are great. Doesn't surprise me one bit that Mason wouldn't wear his clothes and that he wanted to go to a swimming pool store to find new ones. He is so logical that way!
#3 - Your kids are cute and I miss you all.
