cheese!

All of these pictures are in reverse order because I'm a lazy moron.

And this is the face that I'm starting to get every time I try to take Colin's picture. He immediately says "my turn" when he's done saying "cheese."

I don't trust him to hold Kate on his own. And for good reason. He won't.

Her leg is wet because she had just spit up. Her binky is in because she wanted to be held, not put on the couch for pictures. Her eyes are red because I didn't want to edit the picture.

I was trying out an outfit for some cousin pictures we're going to have taken in a few weeks. I think she looks adorable.

There's the cheese face again.

Colin was working the camera before church on Sunday. He looked so handsome and grown up that I had to take a picture.

On Saturday Nate was feeding Colin and trying to get a picture of him making a non-cheese! face. There were approximately 17 shots, and this was the best one.

Saturday night we went over to Caleb's house to celebrate Nate's birthday (which is today! Happy Birthday baby!). All Nate wanted for his birthday was to eat kosher hot dogs and play Rockband at Caleb's. Oh, and to choose all the songs. And to sing all of the songs.

Rachel and Kaylee were styling in matching dresses Hannah gave them for Christmas. I wanted to take a picture to send to Hannah, and Rachel was all over it. She told me all of the poses she wanted to do.

Notice the pointed toe. That's my favorite part.

I love this because it looks like she's covering up her sisters' faces on purpose. Silly Sara.

Colin was looking really good in green last week. The color made his eyes just pop, but you can't tell when he smiles because when he smiles he has no eyes.

Oh, looks like Kate was working it in green too. She has such a cute smile. It starts on one side, and then spreads across her face. Sometimes she just does the one-corner smile. Still cute.

I love her sweet bald fat face.

This isn't her best grimace, but it's pretty good.

I'm sure some awesome things happened this week that I don't have pictures to accompany, but I can't remember them. I guess that's another reason why I should be writing in that journal that sits next to my bed.

Here's my best shot at remembering: Colin grows more and more like a parrot. When I'm on the phone he repeats everything I say. Nate laughed when he could hear the echo; it was pretty cute. I got a haircut. Nate got a haircut. I had my neck destroyed by the doctor. (He cut off about 25 skin tags. No anesthetic. Ouch.) Colin sang the Cougar Fight Song in his highchair while he ate his dinner. He also likes to sing the ABCs, although he mostly just repeats Q-R-S, W-X-Y-Z. Colin's word of the day—rhinoceros. Kate's word of the day—wah wah boo.
