Yesterday was Colin's 2 month checkup. He's doing great! He weighs 11 pounds 13 ounces and is 23.5 inches long. That puts him around 80% for both. Colin was well behaved for Dr Porter. He kicked and cooed during his checkup and kicked and screamed during his shots. But the nurse was fast, and he calmed right back down. Then he got to go out and eat with Nana while I got checked out. Looks like I'm doing pretty good too. I still have about 10 pounds to lose, so I guess I need to start exercising or something. (Shoot.) And, good news!, I'm having the 400 moles on my neck removed! Yahoo! No more awkward questions about having skin cancer or leprosy!

He really is so fun to talk to he reacts and smiles and coos! I don't particularly like the face that I'm making but he is adorable all the way around. Thanks for posting cute pictures and expressions!

He looks so cute in that hat, is that the one we got for him? Are his eyes blue or brown? I can't tell for some reason, they look blue, but they are so dark! He just keeps getting more and more handsome...and chubby, I love it. I can see a lot of Nate in him, that is for sure!!
His eyes are still blue, but you're right, they're way dark. And that is the hat you got for him. I like trying it on him occasionally—it makes me laugh.

so i was plucking my eyebrows this morning...and thought of our rexburg days...remember the great plucking experience?? oh man...good times...
He seriously changes every single post! I love the picture on top with nate titled "fun with daddy" because it really doesn't look like daddy is having much fun. I don't know why it made me laugh so hard, but it did. Yes, Colin is looking more like nate. Something about the faces he makes reminds me of Nate. And yes, those shoes and the hat are a hoot too. Aw shucks...I miss the little bloke. Um...on a side note the word verification down below says pukeyat. Does anyone else find that funny? I saw it and read "pukey cat" and it reminded me of Iggy...
