158 days to go...

Another month, another doctor visit, another significant drop in panic attacks. Li'l Cleatus is doing just fine. He or She has a nice healthy heartbeat, which is music to my ears. Since I don't have any real pictures of Cleatus yet, here's a picture of what babycenter.com thinks it looks like.

I'm starting to feel a heck of a lot better these days. I still have to take my "special" pills every day so I don't puke, but I don't feel nearly as bad as I used to. I went grocery shopping and helped clean the house this week! Hooray for me! I'm even gaining weight! I'm up 4 pounds since my last appointment, which means that I'm now weighing in at a hefty 125.5 lbs now. I know; I'm huge.

But the best news from this appointment is that my ultrasound to find out the gender is only 18 days away! Huzzah! February 15 at 8:45 am. I can't contain my excitement. I freak out about it like every 15 minutes. In only 18 days Nate will no longer have an excuse not to discuss baby names with me. In only 18 days I'll be able to start shopping unrestrained. In only 18 days I'll be able to start working on the cutest baby blankets ever. And, you all only have 18 more days to vote in the "Do you think Cleatus is a boy or a girl" poll. So get a move on!

I guess that's all for now. Now that my fears of miscarriage are really subsiding, and I'm not so sickly, I'll try to update this more often. Hopefully I'll have many humorous and insightful anecdotes to share!

Go Cleatus! She's a winner, I can tell (by my use of pronouns, I think you can guess how I voted) Yeah for blogs too. Even though I can't be ther IRL, I'm glad the blogosphere has brought us together. Good luck and happy blogging!
